Valley Forge
Quilt Show 2016 / #
for committee use only

Registration Form

Use one form per quilt entry. You may exhibit up to 3 quilts in the show, one of which can be “bed-size”
(note: if it measures 80-inches or more, on any side, consider it to be “bed size” irrespective of whether it’s to be used on a bed). Choose your best 3 quilts—which can be quilts you’ve worked on independently or quilts initiated at a workshop
(there will not be a separate display area for workshop quilts). Do not enter repeats from our previous shows.
Please enter this information on-line if possible (instructions on subsequent page), and submit by September 20.
