Vacancy: Community Investment Manager

Location:Womenswold near Canterbury

Hours:37 Hours per week Monday – Friday Term Time Only

Salary:£30,000 per annum pro rata

Benefits include:5 weeks holidayplus privilege days and bank holidays (pro rata for part time)

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Investment Manager who will develop and deliver strategic partnership projects. The projects focus on supporting our customers and enabling them to sustain their tenancies, thereby delivering financial security and social mobility. The role will have considerable influence to shape services and deliver positive change, both within the group and elsewhere.The ability to innovate is an absolute must.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of developing, delivering and leading outcome focused strategic partnership projects;
  • A good knowledge of the key issues around employment, skills and training;
  • Good experience of initiating, developing and managing programmes, across a wide geographical area and with multiple stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of community-orientated research methods, including evaluation/monitoring techniques.
