2.  One of the most important aspects of large competitions such as ECJF Champs are the social activities that keep the athletes busy during non-training hours. Please provide a schedule of social activities/gatherings you will provide.

Local Info

1.  Is there an airport nearby? What is the distance to your ski area?

2.  ECJF Champs holds the possibility of bring 1,000 visitors to your ski area over the course of the week. Please describe the lodging situation, what the average nightly rate of housing is, if you will be able to secure discounts and if you think you would be able to block off enough lodging to contain the ECJF Champs visitors.

3.  If teams/athletes need to prep their equipment or set up meeting space, does your ski area have facilities to accommodate them such as wax rooms or meeting rooms?

1.  What registration fee do you propose to charge and what will it cover? Lift fees, activities, schwag? Are there any additional charges?

2.  Do you offer parent/sibling discounts on lift tickets? If so what is the cost and how do families secure discounted tickets?

3.  How will you handle coaches and their credentials? Are they free? How many can one team have?

Logistics

Running two competitions at a time is complicated for freestyle skiing because it requires the club to have nearly two sets of everything. Please discuss in length your clubs capacity to provide the below event components during two simultaneous events and also describe their set-up and location. Also, indicate if you have need of securing additional equipment, which may be able to be borrowed from other clubs.
