Contract Opportunity Description:

PG&E is Sourcing to award Master Service Agreements for HVAC Mechanical Contractors who can provide HVAC Mechanical work in all PG&E Regions, they must have experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of equipment in all types of buildings ranging from multi-story office buildings, call centers, data centers, educational facilities, multi-use service centers in a campus setting, industrial/high-tech laboratories, repair shops, equipment warehouses.
Contractor also must have experience in the following system types: both condensing and non-condensing boiler systems; radiant heating systems; water source heat pump loops; variable flow primary only chilled water systems; central plants with thermal energy storage; all types of air distribution systems. For Equipment types they need to know all types and sizes of air handling units; dual duct variable air volume terminal units and single duct variable air volume terminal units with reheat coils; exhaust fans; make-up air units; evaporative condensers.
The Contractor must be able to handle multiply projects at time and have excellent safety record and have worked in high security areas. This is not a maintenance contract but for Mechanical HVAC projects.
PG&E’s primary objectives is to:
·  Develop mutually beneficial relationships with a best-in-class company,
·  Establish competitive pricing structures with the selected company,
·  Develop a multi-year relationship with agreed-upon fixed prices;
·  Set mutually agreeable Diverse Supplier sub-contracting goals and a subcontracting plan. The successful Bidder will agree to make good faith efforts to assist PG&E in meeting the goals set in General Order (GO) 156 of the California Public Utilities Commission through the implementation of Contractor’s subcontracting plan. Such good faith efforts will be measured through Performance Scorecard provisions of the Contract.
·  The parties will define performance standards, metrics, and reporting processes to generate consistent, efficient, and effective results for both PG&E and the successful Bidder. Performance measurement reporting processes will be as specified in the Performance Scorecard provisions of the Contract.
·  Work collaboratively with the selected company to develop value-added services and processes that focus on reducing costs for both PG&E and the successful Bidder.
PG&E Pre-Qualifications for HVAC Mechanical RFP are the following:
1.  Must be capable of accomplishing work throughout all of PG&E’s service territory.
See attached Territory areas for reference.
2.  Must have experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of equipment in all types of buildings ranging from multi-story office buildings, call centers, data centers, educational facilities, multi-use service centers in a campus setting, industrial/high-tech laboratories, repair shops, equipment warehouses.
3.  Must have experience in the following system types: both condensing and non-condensing boiler systems; radiant heating systems; water source heat pump loops; variable flow primary only chilled water systems; central plants with thermal energy storage; all types of air distribution systems
