Meeting account

l  Log in

Login the self-service website (http://www.chinatelecomglobal.com/selfs/cust/index ) to access to functions of meeting control, detailed call list check and global access code.

User name: meeting room-no.@corporate account

For example: 002@GCC8832322. The corporate administrator can set the alias of users.

Logging password: The corporate administrator assigns the initial password.

ConferenceRoom Information

Click on “Conference Room Information” to check the “Chair Person’s Passcode”, “Participants’Passcode” and the “No. of the ConferenceRoom”.

Participants’ Passcode include permanent passcode and temporary passcode.Temporary passcodeis used for enterprise external personto access to the conference.The password would be enabled in 10 minutes before the conference starts and expired in 3 hours after the conference ends.

Conference Notice

After log in the self-service system, click on “Meeting Notice” and then click on “New” to create a conference notice.

Ø  Participant’s email can be entered directly or chosen from “Company contacts”, “Favorites contacts” or “History records” quickly.

Ø  For safety, Cloud Conference provides temporary password for external person. The password would be enabled in 10 minutes before the conference starts and expired in 3 hours after the conference ends.

l  Meeting Control

Click on “Conference Room Management” to access to functions of “Meeting Control (check the participants, mute, lock down and kick out)”, “ConferenceReservation Management” and “Outbound Conference Call”.

Meeting recording

Click on “Record” button to begin recording, click on“stop record” button to stop recording when meeting is over. Click on “Record File Management” tag, you can listen to the recording voice, download or delete it.The free storage can be checked under “Record File Management” tag.

Detailed List Checking

Click on “Detail CDR” to check the call log and billing information of the conference room.

Individual Contacts

After logging in the self-service system, enterprise administrators can click on “Conference Room Manage” and then click on “Favorites Contacts” at the popup page to manage the individual contacts. They can modify or delete the information of each contact, add contacts, import and export the individual contacts.

Enterprise account

l  Log in

After logging in the self-service website (http://www.chinatelecomglobal.com/selfs/cust/index ), enterprise administrators can manage the user account and the pass code of all theconference rooms, check the detailed call lists of all the conference rooms and the enterprise bill.

User name: enterprise account, for example:GCC8832322, the enterprise account can be got from the delivery Email sent by China Telecom and the file name is CTG_Service Provision Completion.pdf.

Password: it is the original password distributed by China Telecom and can also be got from the delivery Email.

Conference Room Information

Click on “Conference Room List”, to check and modify the alias account and passcode of all the conference rooms, the passcode of moderators and participants. It is worth noting that the passcodes can’t be set by enterprise administrators and they are randomlyassigned by system instead.If users worry about the safety of the passcode, it can be changed by this function.

l  Detailed CDR

Click on“Detail CDR” to check the call log and billing information ofall the conference rooms.

l  Bill

Click on “Conference Bill” to check the monthly bill information ofthe enterprise.

Enterprise Contacts

After logging in the self-service system, enterprise administrators can manage the enterprise contacts by clicking on “Enterprise contacts”. They can add, modify or delete the information of the contacts, import and export the contacts and so on.
