REVISION OF JP-ONLINE TARIFF SCHEME

1. We are pleased to announce that Jurong Port will be revising its current JP-Online tariff effective 1 January 2012.

2. Under the revised scheme, charges will now be based on the actual number of JP-Online transactions and will replace the current scheme of charging based on the number of registered users. This is in line with the industry practice of charging based on usage.

3. The revised Tariff (refer to the Appendix) is also required with the introduction of our latest initiatives such as the Mobile JP-Online and Flexi-Alert scheme where enquiries or reports are sent to the Users via SMS or email. Besides the monthly subscription plan, we also have the Flexi-Access Plan to cater to low usage users.

4. Jurong Port is committed to further improving our systems to better meet the needs of the Users.
