1.  Know anatomical position and directional terms

2.  What is the function of each of the 11 organ systems in the body

3.  What are the control centers in the brain and what do they monitor?

4.  What is the difference between the Somatic NS and the Autonomic NS?

5.  What is the difference between the sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions of the ANS?

6.  Difference between CNS and PNS

7.  What are the accessory structures for digestion and what do they do?

8.  What are the regions of the alimentary canals and how do they function?

9.  How are bonds formed between atoms?

10.  What is pH? What is the acidic range? What is the basic range?

11.  List the macromolecules and know their subunits. How are the subunits used in the body? (Ex. Proteins: amino acids; Lipids: fatty acids and glycerol, etc.)
