Minimum Qualification 1Bidder must be registered with the NYS Department of State as an entity authorized to conduct business in the State of New York.The Bidder certifies that it has an office in the United States and is registered to conduct business in the State of New York. /
Minimum Qualification 2 Bidder must comply with the then current version of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) for a level 1 merchant.
The Bidder must submit a certificate of PCI Compliance for a level one (1) merchant. /
Below, describe in detail how the Bidder meets Minimum Bidder Qualifications listed below using the proposed multi-channel payment solution. Please provide clear and accurate descriptions of the Bidder’s experience for each Minimum Qualification. ITS will not interpret omissions and vagueness in the bidder’s favor. Type to expand response areas on form or attach additional sheets, as necessary.
Minimum Qualification 3: The Bidderor its subcontractor(s) must be able to cite at least two(2) previously successful projects, from within the past five (5) years, which must be fully complete (i.e., in the warranty period or later), where the Bidder successfully implemented an integrated solution for an enterprise – level, multi-channel payment solution. The fully integrated solution must have included the following components:•A payment gateway to connect a Merchant’s web and mobile digital stores to payment authorization.
•A payment processor to facilitate payment approval and settlement of funds between the Merchant and the party responsible for authorizing payment;
•A Point-of-Sale (POS) system broadly defined to include, but not be limited to, hardware and software to calculate the amount owed by a customer, take customer payment, produce a customer receipt, and refund customer payment;
•Payment reconciliation capabilities;
•Reporting capabilities for all components of the solution; and
•Supportsthe following payment types: major credit and debit cards (Visa and MasterCard).
