NCID supplies a complimentary version of Telnet 3270 software for WindowsApple called MochaSoft TN3270. This allows the user to search directly on the AOC mainframe in real-time. (The previous Windows client, QWS3270 has been discontinued.)
Windows Installation
Use MochaSoft TN3270 for Operating Systems:
XP, Vista & Windows 7, 8 & 10; 32 or 64 bit versions
XP systems must have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or newer installed

Nov 2017: current version of Mocha TN3270 is Version 2.3
1)Browse to:
2)Click link in list on left: 3270 Green Screen Downloads
3)Select appropriate folder based on Operating System
4)Click item in list: tn3270.msi then select “run” to open setup wizard
- If you cannot run it, right-click the link and choose “Save target as…”
- In the “Save As” dialog window, select Desktop in left pane, then click Save
- Close all windows, refresh desktop, double click the tn3270.msi icon
5)Click “next” all the way through to the end, selecting “accept” when you have to. Click “Install”, let the program run and click “finish”.
6)You should see “Mocha” icon on desktop—double click to start application
7)Click “Tools” and select “License”
8)Contact your NCID sales rep for the license key. Type in and click OK.
9)Blank screen…select “File”, “Edit/New Session”.Name it whatever you like and change IP address to: “SSL3270.nccourts.org”, Port is 2023, check SSL box, click apply then close that dialog box.
10)Select “File”, “Connect” (may have to close and open again)
You should now see state map which means download and install was successful. See below for usage instructions.
Apple computers Installation
Mocha TN3270 for Mac OS X is an application developed special for the Mac OS X platform and Apple's Aqua User Interface.
1)Browse to:

3)Click item in list: Mocha3270_Mac, download and install (no tech support for this)
4)See steps 6 to 10 above to finish

Troubleshooting Installation
Windows XP systems must have minimum of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed
Windows 10 requires minimum of .NET Framework 4.5 be installed.

Download latest Framework:
Failed installs may prevent future installations. Uninstall MochaSoft from Control Panel.
Delete your Mocha config file, reboot, and reinstall. For most Windows installs, with a user "Mary" it is located at:
C:\Users\Mary\AppData\Local\MochaSoft\tn3270.exe_StrongName_iwt1yajokdcp3cjn2remwighhosgleni\2.3.0.0\user.config
Try to remove folder manually (it may be hidden):
C:\Users\Mary\AppData\Local\MochaSoft\tn3270.exe_StrongName_iwt1yajokdcp3cjn2remwighh

You Must Disconnect to Change from Criminal to Civil and back.
The user is charged for each screen displayed or refreshed after being logged in and this message is displayed: “Your CICS SignOn is complete”.
Criminal Login Steps: (Always Start from the Connection Screen)
1)At State Splash Screen type "CICSCRP" and press <Enter>
2)At CICS Screen press <Enter> to go to next screen
3)Continue Pressing <Enter> to go to the next screen untilyou get a blank screen.
4)At the Blank Screen, Type "CESN" and press<Enter>
5)On the "CESN" Screen enter your Login Name, then <TAB> andyour Password, then <Enter>
6)The "CESN" screen should be redisplayed with a message that your login was successful. Press <Enter> to get the next Blank Screen.
7)At the Blank Screen, enter type "ACIS", then press <Enter>
8)On the ACIS Screen; enter your "password", then press <TAB>. Next enter the County/Group Code Number, and then press <Enter>
9)Congratulations - you should now be on the CIS County Search Screen
10) If you wish to do a state wide search by name do the following:
Get to CISCounty Search Screen
<TAB> to the Mode Field, then Type 'G' for Global
<TAB> to the Name Field, then Type 'Lastname,Firstname,Middlename'
Then Press the <F2> Key to Go to the Statewide Search Screen

Civil Login Steps: (Always Start from the Connection Screen)
In the following screen, type in "VCAP" and hit <Enter>
1)At the State Splash Screen type "VCAP" and press <Enter>
2)Which brings you to the Welcome screen. Hit the <F12> key to continue....
3)Which will bring you to a blank screen. Type in "CESN" and hit <Enter>
4)Which brings up the login screen.
5)Type in your Userid, then <tab> to the Password field, and type in yourpassword, which will not be visible. Now hit the <Enter> key.
6)The "CESN" screen should be redisplayed with a message that your login was successful. Press <Enter> to get the next Blank Screen.
7)Hit <Enter> to proceed to another blank screen.
8) Type "VCAP" in the blank screen and press <Enter>.
9) This brings us to the Civil Case security screen , where you typeyour password one more time and hit <Enter>
10) OK - now we're getting somewhere! Below is the main menu for theCivil Case Processing System.
To Switch Between Civil and Criminal:
Close you Terminal Session and Start Over using the Appropriate DirectionsAbove
