Approved to give an extra $1,000 to the UVU coaches so each of the four coaches will receive $4,000.

Approves to make Ad Hoc positions only 1 year terms. To be appointed each year must request to remain as ad hoc via email to the Executive Director. The purpose to have active workers and all ad hoc must have an assignment.

Change the incentive to $600 in credits if wrestlers attend both the Junior Duals and Fargo. If a Cadet wrestles on the Cadet Dual Team, Junior Dual Team and Fargo then they will receive $870 in credits to cover the Junior Duals Team.

Officials compensation plan: $10 per hour and must be on one man mechanics unless all other mats already have 3 man mechanics. Must be present at officials clinic and must stay all day Friday to get compensation for Friday or stay for a minimum of 3 hours on Saturday.

National Team credits: to receive the $50 sibling discount you must have officiated a total of 100 matches. If you attend duals and fargo you get a $400 discount that goes towards Fargo. If you attend both duals you will receive an $800 discount.

- Winner of cadets can challenge winner of juniors at his weight or one weight up for that spot – only one challenge
- If Junior loses challenge to cadet they can challenge up a weight
- 2nd place cadets can challege up one or two weights in Cadet but not both and up in Juniors if 1st place does not challenge
- 2nd place schoolboy can challege up one or two weights in schoolboy but not both
- In order to challenge you have to have your deposit money in hand fully committed to go

- These positions have the option to go: President, President Elect, Executive Director, Cadet Director, Junior Director, National Teams Director, 2 UVU representatives (recommended by UVU Head Coach), 1 coach per 5 wrestlers from the same club

- Schoolboy Duals & Sunday wrestling – Rule amended that says if you choose to not wrestle on a specific day with prior notice you can not be on the first team. If you decide to wrestle on Sunday prior and then back out at the event you may be subject to paying the state full fees for the event.
