COACHES’ REGISTRATION
PLEASE NOTE: Only Coaches with current U.S.A.G. MEN’S ARTISTIC Professional/Instructor Membership #’s AND Safety Certification will be permitted on the competition floor. The Coaches will need to provide this information on the sanction sheet upon arrival. Coaches’ Registration will be located at the Scoring Table. Coaches’ packet, a free T-Shirt and any pre-paid collared shirts will also be handed out at the scoring table.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR GYMNASTS
All gymnasts must register themselves upon arrival!
T-shirts will be handed to the gymnast at this time.
Please note: NJUSAG is not responsible for lost t-shirts!
Extra T-Shirts will be available for Purchase at Registration!
Coaches (only) may receive a t-shirt for a SCRATCHED gymnast to give to him at a later time! And, must sign for it.
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS BASED ON USAG MINIMUMS!
Team Award Information
TEAM ENTRY: There will be no substitution of ages in Level 5 and 6.
** Team award is designated by the top 3 scores in each event! **
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR TEAM!
IMPORTANT: You must be entered, as a team, to be eligible for team award!
NOTE: ** Team fee is $35.00 per team entered**

REGIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
You must be prepared to enter the Region 7 championship meet at the end of the state competition. Your state entry form will also be used for your regional entries. This will save a considerable amount of time and paperwork at the end of your sessions at States. Please take care to fill out one form for levels 4-6 and a separate form for levels 7-10.
All forms can be found online in the “STATES” section of the website.
You will need one check made out to NJUSAG for your regional qualifiers.
The entry fee is $100.00 per gymnast. Qualifying scores have not yet been determined due to the new scoring system. Check web updates for qualifying scores.
GRADUATING SENIOR’S AWARDS CEREMONY
There will be an awards ceremony after the march in for Session 3 on Saturday evening. We will gather all of the seniors with their parents and coaches before the march in. Please listen for the announcements towards the end of the warm up period. We would like the parents, senior gymnasts and coaches to participate in the march in. We will then have a brief awards ceremony.
Please fill out the Graduating Seniors’ form found on the website and email it to the contact listed at the bottom.
2009 NJ STATE T-SHIRT PRE-ORDERS
Every gymnast and coach registered for the meet will receive a free T-Shirt. This year we will have pre- meet order form available for those who would like to purchase extra shirts for family members. Shirts will be $10.00 when pre ordered and $12.00 at the meet. Very limited quantities will be available at the door. Pre-ordered shirts can be picked up at the registration table.
