· Car parking charges

· At first no one was at the desk then three people appeared but still no one came to me had to go to the next window to be acknowledged
· How do you feel the service can be improved?
· Everything seamed streamlined and straight forward for us so no changes necessary
· System is run very well

· I think this is a good service sometime along wait but that’s understandable with the number of people coming in
· Designated seating area for urgent care patients and for triage. The TV placed in a more efficient place and working showing fitness and healthcare for all
