/ Karen Mildren - Preschool ManagerI have been working at the Preschool for 13 years. I have been the deputy for ten years and have now stepped up to Leader. I have 2 grown up children; Jack and Becky and a cat named Mittens. I live in Creekmoor but I grew up in Upton, where I went to school. In my spare time, I like to go for walks, play games, watch Dr Who, and spend loads of time with my family. /

I have been working at Preschool for many years and have been group Leader for 10 years. I have now stepped down to the deputy role. I have lived in Upton for 29 years, moving here when I married my husband Steve. We have 3 children Jo, Laura and Rob. I originally trained as a chef and I still enjoy cooking in my spare time especially baking. I also enjoy reading and making resources and activities for Preschool.

We have 4 grown up children and 5 grandchildren.

I have lived in Upton for over 18 years. I have 3 children; Matthew, Charley and Ryan.
I have two cats and a dog called Toby. I like going for long walks with Toby and watching scary films! I run the Toddler Group here on a Tuesday afternoon.

I have lived in Upton for about 14 years and I am married to Ben. We have a son called Archie who attends Upton Juniors. Family time is really important to us; we enjoy swimming, walking, caravanning, and bike riding. I also love to sing with the Rock Choir. / / Lucy – Preschool Assistant
I have been working with children for over two decades; in 2006, I got my International Montessori Diploma.
Although I'm originally from Brazil, I've been in England since 1998 and moved to Upton in 2008 where my husband is from. We have two sons: Dylan, and Ollie, I enjoy going out with my family exploring nature and reading.

I have lived in Upton for 12 years, when I married my husband. We have 2 children together, Emily and Ronnie; I also have 2 older step children and a grandson. I have worked in childcare since I was at school. I’ve mainly been a nanny but I used to run a crèche in a health club too. I love spending time with my family and friends. I live in Upton with my husband and 3 children, Ellie, Toby and Harry. In my spare time I enjoy sailing and spending time with my family. We love playing in the park and exploring outdoors. We also enjoy family camping holidays. In my spare time I enjoy reading and baking.

My previous work was as a teaching assistant with in a special needs school. I do also have experience in early years education at mainstream schools. I have 2 children; Lucas and Bella and a dopey, lovable greyhound called Ozzie. I love spending time with my family and we enjoy going out and exploring the wonderful coastline and parks around Dorset. I also enjoy doing pottery, photography and anything arty in my spare time. / / Kate – Finance Assistant
I moved to Dorset 21 years ago to do an Accounting Degree at Bournemouth University and have lived in Upton for 15 years. I also have various bookkeeping and pay role qualifications. I am married with 2 children, Leela and Ian, who is Autistic. We have 2 Guinea pigs and a hamster. In my spare time, I enjoy caravanning, sewing and trying new craft activities.
