You will need to choose FOUR option subjects from the Option Pool plus TWO other subjects as reserves. Indicate your choices in the table below.

Indicate your first choice subject with a 1, your second with a 2, your third with a 3 and your fourth choice with a 4. Please make sure you provide this ordering and in addition indicateyour two reserve choices with a 5 and a 6 in case you cannot be offered one of your first four choices.

We will make every effort to allocate your choices in the order you choose them, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet all of them.

Please remember that:-

  • You cannot choose certain combinations of subject’s i.e. GCSE Engineering with GCSE Design Technology or two Technical awards in Engineering and Design Technology. But you can choose a D+T GCSE subject and D+T Technical award subject. You can do any combinations of GCSE Dance, GCSE PE and GCSE Drama.
  • The Alternative Vocational Curriculum is only for those students identified by school so does not appear on this form. You will be notified later if you are eligible.
  • Where it is felt that your choices are inappropriate, we will discuss this with you and a more appropriate group of options will be chosen.

Please note:

  • This form should be handed in to Student Reception no laterthan Friday 10th March 2017.
  • Forms handed in late will reduce the chances of you gaining all your choices.
