Please Go on Ms. Cooper’s school web page and read the handbook. The forms listed below MUST be turned in by the end of Band Camp. Your child will not be allowed to participate unless all forms are turned in

  2. Handbook Parent/Child Contract
  3. Video Form
  4. Instrument form
  5. Parent Volunteer form (must be filled out in it’s entirety before you, the parent, will be allowed to assist/travel with the band.
