Updated Oklahoma Wheat ARC-CO Payments for 2014/2015 Crop Year

USDA recently released preliminary market-year-average price for the 2014/2015 wheat marketing year (available at http://www.fsa.usda.gov/Assets/USDA-FSA-Public/usdafiles/arc-plc/pdf/2014_arc_co.pdf). Using this updated price and previously released USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service yield estimates for Oklahoma counties, ARC-CO payments for wheat can be estimated. However, USDA Farm Service Agency, the agency administering farm bill commodity programs, estimates of county-level yields will likely differ from NASS estimates. So, it is likely that actual payment will differ from these estimates. USDA NASS does not release yields for counties with few producers. So, yields and payments for these counties are not available (NA).
