Dear Student,
University Housing is excited to welcome you to your new home for the 2016-17 academic year. Below, you will find all the details needed to navigate moving into University Housing.
Please read each section very carefully. This information is specific to you and the building to which you have been assigned and has been carefully chosen to help you through the move-in process.
Updated Move-In Logistics: Thursday, August 18th
Please make your way to Warner Street (campus map link). On Warner Street, University Police Department personnel will direct traffic onto College Avenue, where you will be placed in a queue that will move you onto Legion Avenue. Once on Legion Avenue, volunteers will help unload all of your belongings. The driver must remain with the vehicle and move as directed. Vehicles will not be permitted to park along the road during this time. Temporary parking is available in lot A and parking structures.
Volunteers will ask for your building assignment, and will accompany you with your belongings. You will check into your building, receive your room assignment, and a Resident Advisor will provide your room key. After check-in is complete, volunteers will escort you to your room and assist in unloading your belongings.
Students assigned to University Village should proceed directly to 1325 Nord Avenue.
