CITY OF TEMPLE, GEORGIA

UPDATED FISCAL YEAR 2018 BUDGET REVIEW AND ADOPTION SCHEDULE

BUDGET AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW: The FY 2018 proposed budget is available for public inspection during the regular office hours (8:00a.m. -5:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) in the Office of the City Clerk located at Temple City Hall, 240 Carrollton Street, Temple, Georgia. A copy is also available on the City website at http://www.templega.us.

BUDGET REVIEW: The Mayor and Council of the City of Temple will review the FY 2018 proposed capital and operating budgets on October 30, 2017 at 5:30pm, November 8, 2017 at 5:30pm, November 13, 2017 at 5:30pm, and November 29, 2017 at 5:30pm during meetings that will be properly noticed and open to the public.

PUBLIC HEARING ON FY 2018 CAPITAL BUDGET: The public is hereby notified that a Public Hearing is scheduled for the FY 2018 Proposed Capital budget on November 27, 2017 at 6:30pm in accordance with the provision of the State Code of Georgia 36-81-5 (d, e and f), in Council Chambers located in the Temple City Hall, 240 Carrollton Street, Temple, Georgia. At this meeting, the Mayor and Council will receive both written and oral comments about the Capital Budget for the City of Temple, Georgia

PUBLIC HEARING ON FY 2018 OPERATING BUDGET: The public is hereby notified that a Public Hearing is scheduled for the FY 2018 Proposed Operating budget on November 27, 2017 at 6:30pm in accordance with the provision of the State Code of Georgia 36-81-5 (d, e and f), in Council Chambers located in the Temple City Hall, 240 Carrollton Street, Temple, Georgia. At this meeting the Mayor and Council will receive both written and oral comments about the Operating Budget for the City of Temple, Georgia

PUBLIC COMMENT ON FY 2018 OPERATING BUDGET: Comments may be addressed to the Mayor and Council during an additional Public Hearing on November 29, 2017 at 6:30pm, Temple City Hall, 240 Carrollton Street, Temple, Georgia.

BUDGET ADOPTION: The Mayor and Council of the City of Temple are scheduled to adopt the FY 2018 Capital Budget at the City Council meeting on December 4, 2017 at 6:30pm at Temple City Hall. The Mayor and Council of the City of Temple are scheduled to adopt the FY 2018 Operating Budget at the City Council Meeting on December 4, 2017 at 6:30pm at Temple City Hall.
