UNL Women’s Choral Festival

Kimball Recital Hall
All Lincoln Southwest Choir “Women” are invited to participate in this event. This is an All-afternoon event with a final concert in the evening. Parents are encouraged to attend the final concert, which is free of charge and open to the public. Students will need money to purchase dinner. They will bring a sack lunch to eat on the bus. We will be eating dinner at a nearby restaurant or UNL Student Union.
Please fill out the attached paperwork and return by Thursday, April 8, 2010. Students may NOT attend if we don’t have the completed form.

11:25 Bus or car leaves LSW Parking lot for UNL (Bring sack lunch)
11:45 p.m. Seating in Westbrook Music Building Room 130
12:00 - 1:25 p.m. Massed Choir Rehearsal - WMB Room 130
1:30 - 2:00 p.m. Individual Choir Rehearsal/Omaha Central - Kimball stage
2:05 - 2:35 p.m. Individual Choir Rehearsal/Bellevue West - Kimball stage
2:40 - 3:45 p.m. Massed Choir Rehearsal - WMB 130
3:45 - 4:00 p.m. BREAK
4:00 - 4:15 p.m. University Chorale Mini-Concert – Kimball Hall
4:15 - 5:15 p.m. Massed Choir Rehearsal Kimball Hall
5:15 p.m. Supper Break
6:45 p.m. Seating in Kimball Hall
7:00 pm. CONCERT!!!!
PARENTS MUST PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION HOME at app. 8:30 PM!!!!
Ladies may dress casually for the day’s rehearsal and then change or come dressed for the evening. A Dress or Skirt and Nice Top are required for the evening performance.
