I / Opening of the Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 4:03
It was moved by Wein, seconded by Momot, and carried to approve the minutes of Monday, December 19, 2016 as corrected.
II / Reports and Announcements / Presenter
Members agreed officially to change the URSTPC meeting time to the first and third Mondays at 4. / Susan Hansen
Hansen is meeting with the Provost on February 7th to talk about the time(10 days) for deans to review RTRB files. After discussion, it was generally decided that no additional time could be added, and that Deans needed to work within that timeline. / Susan Hansen
III / Unfinished Business / Presenter
School of Ag (continue review)
Hansen will review and present a summary for the School of Ag at the next meeting. / Susan Hansen
VI / New Business: / Presenter
Electrical Engineering RST
The only changes were dates and RTRB membership.
MOTION: It was moved by Momot, seconded by Huebschman, and carried to accept.
Social Sciences RST
The only correction needed is to list the RTRB members by name.
MOTION: It was moved by Wein, seconded by Momot, and carried to approve Social Sciences with the expected changes.
CSSE (including post tenure review)
Psychology (post tenure review)
Math (post tenure review)
CJ (post tenure review)
Review of CSSE, Psychology, Math, and CJ done simultaneously with extensive discussion about the expectations of staff and the different review processes. It was determined that Hansen should draft a letter regarding some of the issues and concerns, further review will be at the next meeting.
