I waiveanyrighttoinspector approvethefinishedimages orprintedorelectronicmatterthatmaybeused in conjunctionwith themnoworin thefuture,whetherthatuseisknownto meor unknown,andIwaiveanyrighttoroyaltiesorothercompensation arising fromorrelated to theuseoftheimages.

I agreetoreleaseand holdharmlesstheArizonaBoard of Regents,on behalf oftheUniversityofArizonaand its agentsoremployees,including any firmpublishing and/ordistributing thefinishedproduct inwholeorin part,whetheron paperorviaelectronicmedia,fromandagainstanyclaims,damages, orliabilityarising fromorrelated totheuseoftheimages,including but not limitedtoanymisuse,distortion,blurring,alteration,optical illusion, oruseincomposite form,eitherintentionallyorotherwise,thatmayoccuror beproduced intaking,processing,reduction,or productionof thefinishedproduct,itspublicationordistribution.
