  • Implemented membership recognition system to highlight and emphasize individual achievements.
  • Control membership tracking and points by managing new attendance database

  • Wrote grants and obtained about $2500 in funds to support the event.

  • Organized a Resource Fair by contacting various health-related student organizations on campus and facilitated panels by guiding discussion and questions for groups of up to 50 students.

  • Researched five medical schools and developed easy-to-use packets to educate members about different programs in healthcare.
  • Outlined and drafted an original document on job shadowing, which will be distributed to 120 people.
  • Creative an innovative, hour-long workshop on the little things that can help students gain acceptance to graduate school, which was demonstrated to 50 students.
