o We are here to reach out to you and give you some updates!
· I will be in continued contact with you, especially next semester.
o It is April 7th and 8th this year!
o Registration is now open

o There is a kick off event this Wednesday!

· You can send your captain or your whole team and sign up
· There is a $10 registration fee

A. Officer Reports
· President Dean ():
o Thank you for a great semester! Have a good thanksgiving and winter break.
o President’s council will be the Tuesday of dead week at 8:15!
o There will be elections during New Business -
§ Each candidate will be given 2 minutes to give a speech and then they will be asked questions for a total of 5 minutes. Then they will be asked to leave and the chapters can talk and ask questions for a total of 5 minutes for each candidate
· Director of Recruitment Aldor ():
o Pi rho chi applications are due by Friday at 5!
§ They were sent out to chapter presidents
· Director of External Affairs Squire ():
o Have a great week and thanksgiving break!
· Director of Risk Management Keffeler ():
o I notified chapter presidents last week about final attendance at Greek trainings, please have fines turned into Rebecca Ingraham's box in the main office of student life by Monday November 28th. Thanks!

o We just got back from a conference in California this weekend!
§ Be on the lookout for some of the fun things we booked that will be happening in the Spring.
o Stress Less Fest is on December 4th
o Spring Concert genre is Hip-Hop

o Send me new contact information as you transition into new officers.
o Remember to treat each other nicely given the happenings of this prior week!

D. Chapter Reports
· Alpha Omicron Pi:
o Today will be our last day of determining officer positions.
o We are very excited to be having our officer transition ceremony tomorrow!
· Alpha Sigma Alpha:
o We had our Founders Day on Saturday
o We have Dedication Days this week leading up to our initiation on Friday
o We are also having a Thanksgiving dinner with our chapter on Wednesday night.
o Thank you to Sigma Kappa for the flowers and card!
· Alpha Phi:
o We had our formal this weekend
o Good luck with finals and have a Happy Thanksgiving!
· Delta Zeta:
o We had a great time at our formal this weekend!
o We have elections tonight.
o We are having a Thanksgiving chapter dinner on Wednesday.

· Sigma Kappa:
o We had elections last week and are excited for our new exec and cabinet teams to get started
