To qualify for discounted registration fees, forms must be received no later than Friday, February 13, 2015. Postmarks will not be honored. Partial payments are not acceptable.
Registration Information Form
Participants must provide their own tablecloths. You may bring your own tables(s). Tables will be provided by the Multicultural Center for an additional charge of $20.00. Chairs will be provided free of charge. Two electrical outlets will be provided for food vendors upon request. However, due to the University’s limited electrical capabilities food vendors are encouraged to bring their own electrical equipment and accessories (i.e. extension cords, surge protectors, etc.).

VENDOR AGREEMENT
We are excited to have you as a vendor at the 25th Annual Multicultural Fair at the University of Mary Washington. The Fair will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2015. You must arrive between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. for set-up.
In order to qualify for discounted registration fees, this form must be signed and returned by Friday, February 13, 2015. The application submission deadline is Friday, March 27, 2015. No applications will be accepted after that date.

I hereby agree to sell all merchandise in compliance with all Virginia state and local business licensing and taxation laws and requirements. The University assumes no responsibility for any sales items that are lost, damaged or stolen. This shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor. The University reserves the right to restrict the sale of any or all items determined inappropriate.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. ANY DEVIATION WILL JEOPARDIZE FUTURE SCHEDULING AND COULD RESULT IN PERMANENT LOSS OF ACCESS TO THE CAMPUS.
