Re: Telephone conversations disclosure/inquiry with Mr. Richard Davis beginning October 6,
1997 relative to the A.R. V. [Alien Reproduction Vehicle] “Flux Liner” Technology
Dear Mr. Ferguson:
The recent statements made by myself concerning Area-51 Test site security matters to your associate
Mr. Davis, while deliberately guarded and limited as to sources and extent of content, were 100%
accurate as to stated points of fact. We do not expect that either yourself or your firm (For ‘need to
know reasons’) will understand the relevancy of the engineering or physics terms described herein. We
do expect that this document will reach those at the site who do understand the technology and its
limitless implications.
For the record, the Wackenhut organization is to my knowledge in no way involved or
responsible for any breaches of security during the fact finding course of our long
investigation. Moreover, to our knowledge, No unlawful disclosures (Example– “Pentagon
Papers”) or U.S. espionage statues have been violated.
We have been in possession of scaled A.R.V. engineering cutaways and possibly highly
classified data about same for a considerable number of years. During that time, extensive
scientific analysis by my associates and myself have allowed us to identify the vehicle
components and their respective electrical (read physics) functions. The multi-layered
security protective, inaccurate physics chaff that emanated from the A.R.V. test site players
since 1990 has now been analytically separated from our detailed overview of the operational
engineering wheat of this very black bird.
Hard factual verification of this domestic birds reality of existence has also come during these
years from a number of sources within the military, intelligence and aerospace community.
This includes both still photos and literally tens of thousands of frames of film and video of
A.R.V. in flight. These were recorded both in the daylight and evening hours near or at the test
site by many different individuals. Further conclusive proof of the history of A.R.V.’s
development came from our direct contacts of long standing with Colonel Phillip Corso (U.S.

Army, retired—author of “The Day After Roswell” and others.
This situation, combined with an exponentially accelerating interest by the world’s aerospace
and physics community into negating gravitation, free energy and time control research,
convinces us that an absolute potential now exists for a CATASTROPHIC white world
breakthrough in resolute physics on these subjects, or better put subject. Based on our
knowledge and understanding, we calculate that excluding our team, this Promethean
discovery is very probably only 18 to 24 months away in linear (read flat) time. This is widely
reflected today in the aerospace science and research physics or academic literature of the
white world. (See attached exhibits 1 through 8) Literally nothing in the planets financial and
intelligence communities with which I am well acquainted, indicates that ANY preparation is
being made for the potential, cataclysmic economic shock of this near term future reality on
the worlds financial markets. In an unprepared for discovery scenario there can be no bottom
to the fall. (See Exhibit 9).
Most important, I am a long time and very strong advocate of the New World Order’s (Read
CFR, Trilaterals, et al.) desires for the economic stability of a capitalism based united world
government. Our global economic studies clearly indicate that, properly and clandestinely
marketed, A.R.V.’s technology could quietly and rapidly achieve that needed objective without
the Machiavellian created chaos of fabricated nuclear terrorism. It is not necessary to create
global martial law in order to realize by force this age old dream upon mankind. Our reasoning
indicates a far better way already exists. Macro accelerated A.R.V. pre-extraterrestrial,
transitional industrial meganomics strikes me as a concept our nation’s forefathers would say
makes common sense for stabilizing over the next three years the revolutionary time control
and cost free terrawatt energy domains of the twenty first century. Potentially once the
technology white worlds, it can likely, reverse quickly the global warming by eliminating the
carbon dioxide emissions from petroleum and coal products. That is one of the primary
reasons for this inquiry as we view this as an extremely serious problem for the planet that
requires a rapid permanent technological solution. Political manipulations at the U.N. level
simply cannot accomplish this global ecological task and that is becoming abundantly clear
in our planet’s increasing climatic heating. (See Exhibit #10)
Force One Ltd.’s security firm legally controls the extensive and well organized field
intelligence and scientific research deductions and test data made to date on this matter. In
the course of assembling our programs research and analysis, we have taken very serious
precautions to protect both ourselves and the strategic national security issues most

obviously involved. Defeating remote viewing and forward or past time scanning is but a part
of our security agenda. (See attached exhibit #11)
To illustrate one example of this hidden tripwire reality—all of the source files, physics and
reverse engineering data are deposited on sealed “RSA” public key encrypted CD ROM’s with,
among trusted others, my long time close friend and legal business associate, Ramsey Clark
Esq., the former Attorney General of the United States.
This secure encoded material is now in the form of a 700-plus page publicly understandable,
abundantly illustrated science report book titled “SUPREME COSMIC SECRET”, subtitled
‘A.R.V.—The U.S. Governments Back Engineering of the UFO.’ There is NO, and I repeat, NO
intention of this analytical document ever being commercially published as it was not
prepared with that purpose in mind, though selling it would be a ‘big, easy’ piece of cake. The
exposing of this situation in any way does not serve our plans or interest either, and this
severely understates the case..
However, any attack deemed threatening to our program and or it’s participants would
immediately trigger the data being freely released simultaneously at multiple unconnected
points on the Internet and other media where some of my associates in this venture and I
enjoy high credibility. We firmly believe we are correct in our intelligence and scientific
evaluations of the ‘How to and Why’ of the gravitational nullification physics and engineering
technology involved. Therefore, by our security reasoning, such a release would be far more
than just counter productive to all concerned. As such, we are seeking only cooperation—not
confrontation...
The primary objective of cooperation that we are concerned with at this time in this combined
gray disclosure notice and inquiry, is legally protecting our commercial global intellectual
patent pending proprietary rights. We are seeking through your offices and others a modus
vivendi with your employers in order to white world the technology in this decade without ANY
economic destabilization of the world’s energy, transport, and financial interests. These U.S.
and foreign pending R.A.M. (Replication Alien Machine) patents are technically and legally well
disguised to conceal the proprietary physics of the system’s functions. Our “Prior Art” secret
legal disclosures to our patent attorneys commenced in 1989. We are prepared to rigorously
defend them, should that be required. However, we are also prepared to handsomely
accommodate the scientists, engineers, and program managers who certainly deserve well
earned recognition for their beyond brilliant efforts. This would also include the Wackenhut

company for all related future projects and programs.
To reiterate, we are well aware of the potentially disastrous global consequences posed by an
unplanned for release of the transfinite energy and time control manipulation anomalies or
paradoxes attendant in the operational function of the ARV system. Moreover, a macro-
econometric model that vigorously accelerates the united world order plans without any need
for the totalitarianism caused by the establishment’s systematic political deployment of a
“Cointelpro” created nuclear terrorism, is theoretically feasible. This global political/economic
solution can be made available on a reasonable timeline which we propose to supply for
moderate costs. Other sentient star systems have obviously done it and so will this small
planet’s rapidly evolving sphere of life force in the very near future. Moreover, it can be
secretly accomplished in twenty four months without any leaking of the technology until all
the major banking, energy and transport players are financially insured and protected against
any collapse of the system following the announcement. We firmly believe the world markets
can be made to “Ho Hum” at announcement, and then surge rather incredibly upward for a
very long time.
In order to facilitate and otherwise attempt to avoid the drawn out poker-like security related
or legal maneuvers usually attendant in such delicate tactically driven negotiations; should
the powers concerned be interested in serious, no nonsense discussions of how we might
mutually serve the national interest in this matter, please promptly advise what degree of
disclosure by us will be required at the meeting and decision level in order for this inquiry to
be seriously considered. We are not known for bluffing in the strategic sense of the word.
Let me try to clearly try to illustrate this point. The breaches of security regarding A.R.V.
occurred inadvertently first in 1988 at Norton A.F.B.. This major breach followed by our
releasing for publication two very discreet and undescribed cut-away art renderings of A.R.V.
in 1991. They were in William Cooper’s book “Behold A Pale Horse”, page 406, and William
Hamilton’s book “Cosmic Top Secret’ page 101. This was followed again on 1994 in the
March cover story issue of “Popular Science” page 57 with a misinformation rendered quasi
engineering drawing.
Our purpose in that time frame was only to attempt to determine A.R.V.’s actual existence
from contacts which resulted as anticipated from these carefully chosen leaks. Once the hard
“humint” reality of the vehicle design was satisfied to our minds, no further leaks were ever
again allowed. We instead then focused our full attention at back engineering what was

creditably admitted to be reversed engineering of an extraterrestrial starship shuttlecraft.
The good news for the readers to whom this document is directed is that at this point in time
our group has wittingly become for A.R.V.’s security, it’s primary debunker. Phil Klass
couldn’t do better but he doesn’t have our collective motivation(s), our intelligence resources
and scientific analysis capabilities, or our collective connections where it counts. The
breaches of the A.R.V. security that allowed this unique and hopefully singular situation to
now exist, concerns our long term protective senses as much as it does yours.
Therefore, this disclosure offer may include divulgence of systems description and function
parameters such as total number of capacitors required for operation and control, dielectric
materials and their constant values in voltage before state change, sequences multiplying
voltage in cyclic parallel charge/series discharge levels, switching system, main order
“antenna” coil as to materials, number of turns, dielectric strength prior to state change, flux
field(s) frequencies, their rotation vectors and description, methods of power supply and type
of propulsion generated, flight controls, flat time declination rate and voltage level at state
change, etc. etc. etc.
I am enclosing these original brief and discrete cutaways of ARV (Exhibit 12 a & b ) in
comparison to an identical design ( Exhibit 13 ) of ARV in daylight flight over Nellis—Sept 94,
& (Exhibit 14 ), a very similar planform design which is believed due to the small blackhole
like indications of visual forward time scanning around the cupola, to be extraterrestrial.
Detailed modular TEST RIG engineering design and ARV flight systems drawings are
available under mutual exchanged non-disclosure agreements. Additionally we do not
believe Bob Lazar’s cockamamie “Unobtanium-115” anti-matter, gravity wave amplifier story
is anything but ingenious deliberate disinformation. We believe for good reason it was
intended like William Uhouse’s “Jarod II” simulator tales, to direct foreign intelligence and
scientific investigations away from the truth.
Our physics understanding of the fundamental principles of electro-gravitational field
envelope nullification technology is totally related to the U.F.O reversed engineering of the
A.R.V. design. A design which by its obvious internal electrical function parameters has many,
many anecdotal confirming physics supports in the contemporary literature of the last 50
years. ARV’s engineering is further totally corroborated by numerous comparative CAD/CAM
Form Follows Function U.F.O. disk analyses of the ergonomic vs. A.R.V. propulsive flux drive
components design utility. Additionally, the systems analysis is further graphically supported

by extensive visual study of A.R.V. flight tests recordings. This testing, which due to the
integrally related voltage levels to x-ray and gamma radiation caused ionization(s) so
colorfully demonstrated in both daylight and night flights is most definitely not being
considered as just clever optically crafted disinformatzia, as they totally confirm our physics
theories. Our experiments, without going into our internally classified details, clearly indicate
that damping or perturbing the metric correctly is what the high voltage electrical
amplification and field envelope control engineering of A.R V. is all about.
Additionally, I am attaching a current curriculum vitae which Mr. Clark will readily attest is not
only correct, but is in direct adverse conflict with the despicable K.G.B. like disinformation
and destabilization(s) files on me created by the F.B.I.’s still functioning “Cointelpro”
operations. These covert operations were taken in response to my exposes of some of their
major crimes over the years while working on ultra black (read untraceable) contracts for
other departments and agencies of our government. Agencies who unlike the bureau bullies
were very concerned about their credibility and public images. (See Exhibit 15)
I am very familiar with the outstanding corporate history of Wackenhut and like your former
Vegas compatriots at INTERTEL, recommend that on the issue of A.R.V. and Area-51, we don’t
let our respective feelings about the bureau adversely color this inquiry. Mr. Clark is on the
historical record about my skills as an intuitive, scientific investigator and as a strict
construction constitutionalist. For the world to remain free, someone has to watch the
watchers or there is little if any accountability on black projects by government. Most
especially this one.
