  • All stories have a beginning, a middle and an end. We call the things that happen in the beginning, middle and end of a story the plot.

  • We are going to use this graphic organizer to help us tell the beginning, middle and end, or the plot of some stories.
  • First, we are going to make up a story with a beginning middle and end, or a plot. You may use story idea pictures provided or select your own.

  • Example: BeginningSamantha could not wait for her birthday party. Samantha and her mom spent the whole morning getting the house ready for all her friends. They had made a special trip to the store to get lots of balloons.
