UNICEF Montenegro invites the bids for video production and video coverage of our events.

Our needs are listed below.Kindly, bear in mind that not only the best price is required, but good quality also.

The services include the following:

  • Providing video coverage of all UNICEF events in all parts of the country (ENG crew equipped with light, handheld and 2 wireless microphones)
  • Making videos for our website and presentations/conferences based on the scenario provided by UNICEF and the video material from UNICEF events and other occasions if needed. Depending on the scenario, these videos can be 3 min up to 30 min long.
  • Making video news stories about UNICEF events the same day they happened based on UNICEF press release and instructions; distributing the material to all Montenegrin media soon after the event. The events will be happening in different municipalities and sometimes on weekends
  • Providing draft scenarios for videos/news stories based on UNICEF inputs and key messages both in English and Montenegrin
  • Having a professional speaker read out the voice-overs in Montenegrin for all our videos
  • Have an English native speaker read out the voice-overs in English for all our videos
  • Cut-editing
  • Subtitling
  • Transcribing filmed soundbites/interviews
  • Archiving of recorded and processed video material into a DVD/PC
  • Distribution of video material to media on DVD/tape
  • Graphics and animations in Adobe After Effects software or similar (for making intro and ending tags, graphics, trailers, etc.)

Please specify the prices for different services as much as possible. Any discount to UNICEF for these services will be taken into account when deciding the best offer.

Please note that the prices should be quoted in EUROand should not include any tax, since UNICEF, as a humanitarian agency, is tax exempt (according to the Basic Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and UNICEF signed on 15 December, 2006) The payment will be effected upon delivery, on your respective account in Montenegro.

Bids received will be publicly opened at 10.00am on February 17 at UNICEF Montenegro premises.

Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

In case your offer is found to be the most competitive one, we would inform you accordingly. Likewise, if we do not contact you within 10 days from the public opening of the bids, you may consider that your quotation has not been selected for the contractual arrangement.
