UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE APPEAL BOARD

The meeting was held at 4425 N. Market Street Wilmington, DE. A quorum of the Board was present for the meeting. Present: Elmer L. Newlin, Chairman, Vance G. Daniels Sr., Beverly Bell, Taube Carpenter, and Donald Dryden, Board Members. Also present Katisha D. Fortune, Deputy Attorney General and Counsel to the Board, and Diane Bourne, Board Secretary.

THE FOLLOWING CASES WERE HEARD BY THE BOARD:

Kyeshia Daniels v. Mary Campbell Center – AD # 10152390

Present: Kyeshia Daniels, claimant; Deb Franklin, employer representative, Anna Hoover, employer witness. A motion was made by Mr. Daniels, and seconded by Mrs. Bell. The Board moved to affirm the referee and deny benefits. All Members agreed.

Rosemarie Vonfange v. Concord Pet – AD # 20547102

Present: Rosemarie Vonfange, claimant; Sherry Hensley, employer representative. A motion was made by Mrs. Carpenter, and seconded by Mrs. Bell. The Board moved to affirm and modify the referee decision and deny benefits. All Members agreed.
