Notes:
- A transfer to continuation status is not an automatic right for a student, but should only be granted on the basis of a decision by the College that the student no longer requires normal levels of supervision (i.e. is now in the process of ‘writing-up’.
- Tuition fees: Fees may still be due. Please refer to the Tuition Fees Schedule at:
- Accommodation Charges: You will be required to pay the full charges for your University accommodation up to the date that you vacate your room. Please contact the Student Information Desk (Exeter Campuses) or Accommodation Office (Cornwall Campus) to confirm the date that you expect to leave; you may be liable to further charges if you do not confirm this date, vacate your accommodation and return the keys to the relevant residence reception.
- Students in Debt:Please contact (Exeter Campuses) or (Cornwall Campus)without delay to make appropriate arrangements to settle your debt to the University of Exeter.
- Council Tax: If you are a full-time student of the University of Exeter, you will be eligible for Council Tax exemption for up to 4 years of study. This period may include up to 12 month continuation status. At the end of this period, or when you submit your first thesis for examination, whichever is earlier, you will become liable for Council Tax charges.
