WELCOME

We are happy to have you as a guest at our hotel. Our commitment to you is to make your stay a pleasant one. We also need a commitment from you to ensure that you have a wonderful visit and that it blends with our commitment to other guests. The following hotel policies must be observed:

  1. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises after 11:00p.m. This is the established time after which we require everyone to be quiet and considerate of others. This applies to guest rooms, walkways and the parking areas.
  2. The swimming pool and upper deck closes at 10:00p.m. Food and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
  3. Persons staying in the room must be registered and are responsible for any damages incurred during your stay. The persons registered also assume complete responsibility for all telephone/movie charges made from the room. Telephone and/or Pay-Per-View movies must be paid for in advance for all guests who do not have an authorized credit card attached to their reservation. If you are paying in cash and wish to be able to use the telephone or watch a movie, a cash deposit will be required.
  4. Only vehicles registered at the front desk will receive a permit for parking on hotel premises.
  5. Valuables and money should be kept on your person at all times.
  6. Rooms must be cleaned daily by our housekeeping staff. Please leave the room in an orderly fashion so the housekeepers can dust and vacuum.
  7. Pool furniture is not to be removed from the swimming pool area.
  8. Beach towels for beach use are available. Guest room belongings are not to be used on the beach or by the swimming pool.
  9. An outside shower is available by the pool for use before entering the swimming pool for the first time or when returning from the beach.

Damages made to your room during your stay will be the responsibility of all that have occupied the room.

Your signature(s) below of all guests occupying the room indicates that you understand the above policies and agree to abide by them. If a problem develops and you are asked to leave the property, a refund for that date will not be made if it occurs any time after our check-out time.
