(WGS84 37o 6’.864 S 144 o 15’.074 E) Exposed and noticeable gravel verge about 30 – 40m in length is visible on right hand side of road as you descend a hill. It is just after the bottom of the dip. An act of faith is required - slow down and prepare to turn right onto the gravel area. There are 2 tracks emanating from the gravel verge, neither is visible until you actually turn onto the gravel area. Take the first track – very rough – and keep right.
If you try this at night it will be a lot easier with a GPS.
If you overshoot this turn off you will come to some water tanks at the top of the next hill. - 4.0km Track forks, stone ruins and shed roof visible 30m up left fork. (WGS84 37o 6’.820 S 144 o 14’.952 E) Proceed via bush gate on left fork. You’re there.
