UKU Mixed Tour 3 Info Pack

Well, we're back for our 7th Year of Mixed Tour 3 at Bishop's Cleeve Football Club!

As ever, we'll be around from Friday evening setting the club house up and then ready to go first thing on Saturday morning. First games start at 9.00am on Saturday, 9.20am on Sunday, see schedule for details:

Show game on Saturday will run at 6pm as part of the pool matches, so please hang around and enjoy the show, the bar will be open all weekend and they’ll be putting on a curry for approx. £5 each to keep you going after a hard days play!

Address for the tournament as if you didn’t know is:

Bishops Cleeve Football Club

Kayte Lane, Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham GL523PD

Plenty of parking on site, behind the club house, round the side of the club and on the pitch behind the show pitch. Free camping is available on site next to pitch 2 on Friday and Saturday night. Emma will be around on Friday evening setting up should you have any questions, but the bar will be open with some cold baps and loads of drinks.

We’ll be around setting up from 7.30 am on Saturday and have decided not to run a captains meeting as it’s rarely attended! That said, each team will need to come and collect their 2 x 5ltr bottles of water on Saturday morning, which can be refilled at the club house or in the changing rooms over on the main pitch area – pitches 3-13.

There will be someone at the TD desk inside the clubhouse all weekend should you have any questions.

Large pitch maps and schedules will be printed out in there too, but we’re expecting you to use your smart phones this year and so haven’t printed out any schedules.

Play should finish by 6 on Saturday, most games by 5, then followed by the show game at 6 – see schedule for details.

Sunday most games should finish by 4.30.

The clubhouse will be open until late on Saturday night so those of you that want to have a bit more of a shindig can! Following the success of the last couple of years, we may well have karaoke again!!

We need to ask though that you don't bring your own food and drink into the club house. Prices there are very reasonable and in previous years it's been rather embarrassing having to tell the minority to respect the club and consume your own stuff in your tents or offsite.
