The Manager,Leadership & Management Training Serviceswill be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, delivering, evaluating, and measuring instructional and performance improvement training and supportive materials in various formats and mediums. A primary focus of this position will be delivering learning programs focusing on leadership and management topics. In addition, the Manager,Leadership & Management Training Serviceswill assist with the development of knowledge transfer training and resources that promote continued education, succession planning and cross training throughout the organization. This position will also manage and utilize an industry leading, third party learning management system to promote continued learning.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Training and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master’s Degree highly preferred. Minimum of 7 years progressive experience designing, evaluating, and delivering training programs for adult learners with a focus on leadership and management curriculums. Experience with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Articulate, and/or Camtasia Studio is required. Skillsoft Learning Management System experience a strong plus. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge ofadult learning principles, concepts, and mediums; the ability to partner with subject matter experts to transfer knowledge on a larger scale; strong written and oral communication skills to include advanced presentation and facilitation skills; the ability to utilize adult learning principles and apply them to real world training design; and possess a proactive, can-do, positive attitude.
This position is located in our Reading, PA headquarters office. Travel may occur occasionally to our various sites in Pennsylvania.
