19Apologies for absence.
Mr Newall had presented an apology for absence.
20Minutes of the last meeting held on August 7th 2014.
The minutes had been circulated were agreed as correct and signed by the Chairman.
21Public Forum.
The War Memorials at St Peters and St Michaels had been refurbished, and there is now a Church website. There had been a fine response to the appeal for funds and it was decided to leave the balance after refurbishment of £580 in the Bank.
There has been a great response to the poppy planting appeal and many areas are now covered with seed.
There are 45 members of the Scout Group which comprises cubs, girls and scouts.
School traffic has become an increasing problem and needs some sort of control.

There has been no communication from the Developers since the last meeting. The Council’s objections were posted on the WBC website in August.
24Highways.
Matters arising from the minutes of the last meeting.
Minute 11
iSchool parking.
Bollards have been put in place and are being effective.
Mrs Chopping is in contact with WBC about parking in general.
Traffic calming is becoming an urgent issue and it was decided to see when the next SID course is being held by WBC. Two Councillors would attend and thus be qualified to use the SID equipment to monitor traffic speed. This would be the first step in regulation.

WBC is to strim this in the Autumn.

It was decided to ask a WBC Officer to meet on site and assess the problem.

It was decided to go with the WBC suggestions.

There are two stiles to be repaired and it was decided to request WBC to do this.
