UC Davis Health (UCDH) Campus Update
Fall, 2017
UCDH Staff Assembly continues to promote Staff Assembly mission and encourages staff to be members of its Executive Committee. We as members are looking for opportunities to engage staff and promote participation in various events across our campus. Some of the events are listed below:
Thank Goodness for Staff
UCDH Staff Assembly helped serve lunch for about 5,500 people at TGFS on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 in appreciation for all staff. In collaboration with the Human Resources Department, Food and Nutrition Services, and Special Events, UCDH Staff Assembly worked hard to help coordinate the Thank Goodness for Staff Appreciation luncheon this year. We also provided volunteers for set-up for the event, food carton distribution at the luncheon, and made sure the event ran smoothly. This year we were limited in terms of property space; however, we heard positive feedback from staff regarding the venue set-up. We provided 3,366 off-shift ticket vouchers for employees having working shifts not included in the noon hour thus, not allowing the employee to participate in the event.
Career Resource Showcase
Judy Isaman from Training and Development participated in our September Staff Assembly meeting to discuss SA participation in activities for 2018. T&D has expanded the Career Resource Showcase (CRS) to a monthly brown bag event to reach a broader audience. The annual CRS calendar runs from February to October, the 2017 sessions are below.

Performance Management Project with Campus
Staff Assembly member volunteered to be a member of the Performance Management Team. Goal of this project was to determine progress/changes/recommendations to the Chancellor. A white paper will also be completed by the team.
