We require an initial deposit/tote fee to purchase two sets of glassware in which to store and transport your food. Glass is the best storage method to preserve the non-toxic safety of your food. You may also supply your own (two sets of 6 large pyrex dishes and an assortment of smaller dishes) if you prefer. If you choose this option, we will supply you with a precise list of dish requirements for your food transport.

Arugula Pesto Eggplant Stackers – using the hearty nutrients of arugula to craft a yummy pesto put between slices of grilled eggplant
