Suggested Activities

1. Motivate pupils by invitingthem to look for things that come in pairs. Brainstorm

ideas.

2. Briefly introduce the programmeand the main character Sally.

3. Focus pupils’ attention on these language forms:

● Plural forms of nounssuch as toothbrushes andtowels.

● Use of “pair” to describe things that are intended to be used together such as a pair of socks, and thingsin which two partsare joined togethersuch as a pair of glasses.

● Use of possessiveadjectives such as his, yourand her to show possession.
