European specialty comes to Riverton, Utah

Twenty-six year old entrepreneur, Mark Winget, President and Founder of the Dooners of America Corporation, will recognize his dream of opening the first ever DOONERSExpress Restaurantin the heart of Riverton, Utah.

After living in Germany for two years, Winget gained a unique appreciation for the well-known European taste sensation known as the Doener Kebab, a large skewer of marinated meat flavored with 50 secret spices, distinctive to European culture.

Winget searched for the flavorof the Doener Kebab inAmerica, only to discover that this “life changing flavor” was not yet available in the United States.

Since 2002, Winget has devoted his life to opening the first Doener Kebab serving restaurant in America. Winget’s father, Jeril Winget, was insistent that Mark obtain a college education and graduate with a bachelor’s degree before pursing his vision of Americanizing the Doener. Winget graduated from Utah Valley State Collegeand Jeril Winget now serves as the CEO of Dooners Corp. With a new Americanized menu and name, DOONERS is nearly ready for operation.

The DOONERS’ restaurant concept has expanded to embrace Bascom Ranch Southwest Grille and Dooner Delites all under the same franchise roof. The menu is divided into three sub-parts that include all three restaurant divisions and offers a wide-range of menu options.

The classic Dooner, Winget states, “is a fresh stuft meal. You have the choice of succulent chicken, steak, pork and prime rib meats marinated to perfection and cooked rotisserie-style with fifty spices, then expertly sliced and placed in delicious pocket bread.” The Dooner section will also include the famous Doener Kabeb.

The Bascom Ranch Southwest Grille will feature southwestern tastes including smothered burritos, nachos, and signature tacos. While Dooner Delites will offer pastries, specialty drinks, Dooner chocolates, and Italian Gelato Ice Cream.

The DOONERS team and board of directors anticipate opening four more DOONERS Restaurants throughout the state of Utahby 2008, with the objective of “doonerizing” America. The initial surveys and taste-tests performed by DOONERS Corp. have been extremely encouraging and positive.
