Turn & Burn Champions Club Rewards Program
Lakeland Animal Nutrition is proud to be an official sponsor of the Florida State NBHA and Florida's barrel racing industry. For the 2014 calendar year, Lakeland Animal Nutrition is offering current and future customers the opportunity to participate in the Turn & Burn Champions Club Rewards Program.
Registered members will have the opportunity to earn bonus money at each of the pre-selected events as listed on lanfeeds.com by being a current LAN customer and feeding Turn & Burn or any other Signature Advanced Equine Nutrition formula feeds: EquiLete Sweet, EquiLete Pellet, EquiPeak, Status, PaceSetter, or GrainMax.
LAN will pay out one slot per division. The Champions Club member with the fastest time in each of the four divisions (1D-4D) during the finals will be eligible for the reward.

To qualify for the reward, participants must provide verification (store receipt) for the purchase of 4 bags of Turn & Burn or any other Signature Advanced Equine Nutrition Formula premium horse feed (or, 1 bag of our balancer pellet, Pacesetter) for each horse they are seeking bonus money for prior to the start of their class. Purchases must have been made within the last 30 days. All participants are required to visit the LAN booth at each event to confirm eligibility status prior to competition.
Members MUST be registered for the program prior to the start of their class in order to qualify for a reward at the approved event.

When does the program start?
The program commences with the 2014 NBHA Florida State Championships, June 18-22, at Osceola Heritage Park, Kissimmee, Florida (Silver Spurs Rodeo).
Who is eligible to participate?
You must be a U.S. resident to participate in the TBCCRP. Participants must have a valid phone number, email and postal address. Only individuals are eligible to register and participate in the TBCCRP, corporations and associations are excluded.
Participants may either be current or new Lakeland Animal Nutrition (LAN) customers. To qualify for the reward, participants must provide verification (store receipt) for the purchase of 4 bags of an approved Signature feed (or, 1 bag of our balancer pellet, Pacesetter) for each horse they are seeking bonus money for prior to the start of their class. Purchases must have been made within the last 30 days. All participants are required to visit the LAN booth at each event to confirm eligibility status prior to competition.
How do I register?
All applications should be completed and submitted online at lanfeeds.com.
Is there a membership fee?
No. There is no membership fee associated with the TBCCRP however, you will need to complete and submit the application form (lanfeeds.com) to activate your membership.
How will reward payments be provided?
All payments will be in the form of a check.
When will payment be provided to winning recipients?
All payments will be mailed on the Monday immediately following the event where the reward was earned.

Terms & Conditions
By registering for and participating in the Turn and Burn Champions Club Rewards Program (TBCCRP) presented by Lakeland Animal Nutrition you must agree to the following terms and conditions:
• You must fill out all required fields of the TURN AND BURN Champions Club Rewards Program registration form which includes: name, email address, postal address, telephone number and answer a few brief questions. These questions are used to further develop and improve our feed and marketing programs.
• By registering for the TURN AND BURN Champions Club Rewards Program you are consenting to receive the monthly TURN AND BURN E-Newsletter via email. You may opt out at anytime.
• In order to participate in the TURN AND BURN Champions Club Rewards Program and redeem your TURN AND BURN Champion Club compensation, individuals must complete and submit the application form PRIOR to the start of the class they are competing in.
• In order to be eligible for the rewards, program members must be currently feeding TURN AND BURN or any one of the Signature Feed formulations from Lakeland Animal Nutrition. Verification required prior to payout.
• A list of eligible events will be available on lanfeeds.com. ONLY the pre-selected events will qualify for the TBCCRP.
• All final decisions regarding the program and payout will be made by management of Lakeland Animal Nutrition, Inc.
