We are recruiting within TNF, a small and dynamic team within the larger Tungsten Network, with the aim of levering data to provide disruptive working capital financing to our Network customers. Job Description

Job Title:Data Analysis and Technical Operations Specialist, TNF

Reports to:Head of Risk & Operations, TNF

Location: London

Overall responsibility and Job Purpose

The candidate will be a stakeholder and form part of a small Operations team within Tungsten Network Finance, working closely with management to explore new business opportunities whilst maintaining an existing operation. Therefore, the ideal candidate needs to be a good team player, and have a positive and open attitude to exploring these possibilities. They will have the confidence to put across views and opinions for the purpose of process improvement, and being able to efficiently and proactively manage challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis for operations and sales purposes
  • Database investigations
  • Working closely with Operations team to ensure that database driven aspect of payments and reconciliations is functioning correctly
  • Investigating issues with client data
  • Finding and improving (automating / simplifying) manual processes
  • Integrating and implementing new financing solutions
  • Escalating any issues with management or technology as appropriate

Key Competencies

  • Degree or other certification in IT or otherquantitative subject
  • Advanced Excel, with some VBA knowledge
  • Experience with Qliksense or other similar analytics tools
  • Good level of knowledge on Oracle SQL
