TRINITY ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB
BY-LAWS
ARTICLE I NAME
The name of this organization shall be “Trinity Athletic Boosters Club.”
ARTICLE II PURPOSE
This organization shall be non-profit. Its purpose shall be to create funds to enhance the athletic programs of Trinity High School, to cooperate with the faculty, students and parents in athletic school activities.
ARTICLE III MEMBERSHIP
Membership shall be open to anyone interested in the welfare of the Trinity High School sports programs.
ARTICLE IV OFFICERS
Officers shall be elected from the membership, and shall be:
1. President 3. Secretary
2. Vice President 4. Treasurer 5. Board Member
If two (2) members of the same family hold an office at the same time, a third party co-signor is required on all disbursement of funds.
ARTICLE V MEETINGS
The meeting shall be held on the last Wednesday of each month at 5:15 p.m. If a holiday falls on the last Wednesday of the month, the meeting shall be held on the following Wednesday. Meetings will be held at Round Table Pizza unless notified.
ARTICLE VI QUORUM
Three (3) officers and any members present shall constitute a quorum.
ARTICLE VII ADOPTION OF BY-LAWS
The by-laws shall become operative by approval of the majority present.
ARTICLE VIII AMENDMENT TO BY-LAWS
1. An amendment shall be by proposal of a member.
2. Such amendment must be voted upon at a succeeding meeting after the first reading of the proposed amendment.
ARTICLE IX ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Election of officers shall be held at the May meeting with the new officers taking office in June. Nominations shall be taken from the floor and followed with a secret ballot. President and Treasurer shall be elected on odd years, and Vice President and Secretary shall be elected on even years. Officers will elected for a two year term.
