I. Treasurer’s Report:
o Approved minutes from the regular meeting of March 11, 2010 as presented.
o Approved the Financial Report for February, 2010 as presented.
o Approved the client agreement for E-rate Services provided by Strategic
Management Solutions as presented.
o Approved the use of the Community Bank as a depository bank.
Public Participation/Recognition:
Amanda Blevins, TVHS/MS Instrumental Band Instructor, gave a presentation and up-date on the accomplishments of the band this school year.

o Approved all Professional Leave Requests.
o Approved the Courses of Study for Family & Consumer Science, Business
and Agriculture Education.
o Approved the agreement between Tri-Valley Latch Key and the Tri-Valley School District for the 2010-2011 school year at Nashport Elementary.
o Granted permission for approximately 130 middle school and high school
band students to travel to Kings Island on Saturday, May 15, 2010. They
will travel by T.V. School Bus and there will be at least one chaperone
for every ten students. All expenses are covered by the students and boosters.
o Granted permission for the 6th grade elementary classes to attend the Math & Science Days at Kings Island . They will travel by tour bus and there will be one adult chaperon per three students. They will go on the following dates:
· Adamsville & Nashport – Friday, April 30
· Frazeysburg – Friday, May 7
· Dresden – Friday, May 14
