(1 line each // 1 number and letter a day)

This week we will be focusing on:
Phonics
· Long and Short Vowel U
(sound recognition )
Math
· Counting forward and backward using number lines
· Identifying a sphere
· Identifying numbers 11-30
· Solving a problem by drawing a picture (adding and subtracting)
Language Arts
· Unit 5 – Our Neighborhood (community workers, important places in our neighborhood)
Reminders
· Please send your child to school with their booster seat on 3/9 for the field trip with their name visible. If you are a chaperone please be ready to load the kids in the cars at 9am
· Students may wear jeans to school for $1 on 3/16
· UNIFORMS – please be sure your child wears their ties with their dress uniforms. Only school jackets can be worn. Must wear dress uniform on Fridays.
