COMPETITION: Levels 1-8 (Tumbling, Trampoline & Double Mini)
Levels 9-Senior Elite (Tumbling, Trampoline, Double Mini & Syncro Trampoline)
ENTRY DEADLINE:March 10th,2018
(Entries must be done on the USAGymnasticsonline meet reservations)
Entry must becompleted online - on or before the above date, a hard copy of entry, along with payment must be postmarked by March 10th, 2018.
ENTRY PAYABLE TO:All entry payments must be payable to NTXTT
ENTRY FEE:$100 PER ATHLETE (This is a flat fee for one or all events) and includes a T-Shirt, printed on site, with a voucher given to coaches at check in.
LATE ENTRIES & CHANGE FEES:
Late entriespostmarked after March 10th, will be DOUBLE the entry fee, per athlete. NO Exceptions.
ALL changes or corrections made March 10th thru March 20th will be $10 per change or correction. ALL changes or corrections occurring after March 20th will be $25 per change or correction.
COACHES ENTRY INFORMATION:
All entries must be done with the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservations systemby March 10th. After entering coaches and athletes information on the USAGymnastics web site,double check all information and submit. Then mail a complete hard copy of your team entry, entry payment payable to NTXTT, and copy of your USA Gymnastics Professional staff roster and USAGymnastics athlete roster to:

ELIGIBLE ATHLETES’:All athletes must be registered with USAGymnastics. All athletes must haveattended a minimum of 2 competitions to be eligible to attend North State Championships.
ELIGIBLE ATHLETES’ CONTINUED: All athletes MUST attend both the State Championships and Regional Championships, and achieve the National score per event, in order to be eligible to attend the USAGymnastics JO National Championships (Levels 8-Elite) and the Stars & Stripes Championships (Level 5-7).
COACHES INFO:ALL coaches must be a current Pro or Jr Pro member with USAGymnastics, have a current Safety certification, Background check taken and the U100 in order to be allowed on the competition floor. All Coaches will be asked to show their USAGymnastics Card at check in.
EQUIPMENT:2 – 4 x 4 Eurotramp Trampolines
1 – 6 X 6 Eurotramp Double Mini
1 – Ross International Rod Tumbling Floor
COACHES & JUDGES HOSPITALTY:
Hospitality will be hosted by the NYTEX facility restaurant – ZUROMA.
Due to health department rules, there will be limited snacks and food left out between meals provided. Please make arrangements to eat during designated breaks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
ADMISSION:Adults - $15 per day or $25 weekend pass (age 13 & up)
Seniors - $10 per day or $18 weekend pass (age 60 & up)
Children - $7 per day or $10 weekend pass (age 3-12)
Children age 2 and under free
PARKING: Parking is FREE
VOLUNTEERS:We need your help with volunteers for this competition. All volunteers will receive a one day admission plus a Free T-Shirt to wear while volunteering. Volunteer sign up information will be available after entry deadline.
VOLUNTEERS CONTINUED: Any Level 9, 10, and Elite athlete volunteering for a minimum of 2 full sessions, will receive re-imbursement of their entry fee. Athletes are required to sign in at competition office each session to receive re- imbursement after the competition. All re-imbursements will be mailed to the affiliated gym.
