AMAZING ABS
A 30-minute fusion of complete conditioning. Tone the midsection while strengthening the lower back.
BASIC STEP
This is a beginning level class focusing on basic step aerobics principles. All levels are always welcome.
BEGINNING YOGA
Great class for those looking for a relaxing, gentle yoga as well as those who have never taken yoga before. You will learn proper breathing techniques while practicing yoga asanas (postures) for a soothing workout.
BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS
Anything goes in this class-weights, cardio, circuit, etc. Challenge yourself with this intense dynamic total body conditioning class. Strengthen everything in your body! This is an intermediate to advanced class.
BUTTS & GUTS
A non-aerobic class designed to work your buns, abdominal and low back muscles. Watch how this class can improve your posture, decrease your risk of injury as well as help you look and feel great.
CARDIO BLAST
This is a fun, high energy, power interval class that involves high impact cardiovascular training with energy sprints. In just 30 minutes you will get a full body workout. Each interval is taught at different levels, so whether you are a beginner or an athlete, this class is for you.
CYCLING
This class will give you that new dimension of cardiovascular fitness that you are looking for. Drills, imagery, and music will help motivate you through intervals, speed play, jumps, and hills.
FAST TRAC
Great fat burning workout in a short amount of time. Treadmill training for walkers and runners at YOUR pace.
FUSION
This class will give you a complete workout. It starts with 20 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of strength, finishing with abdominal work and stretching/flexibility. Have it all in 60 minutes.
HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga is an ancient style of yoga encompassing all of the asanas (postures) encouraging increased fitness levels in combination with stress relieving meditation. This tradition focuses on pranayama (breath) alignment and form.
HARD CORE CYCLING
This 90 minute class is designed to challenge the experienced spinner. Experience the varied terrain that our leaders will take you through in the fun and exciting ride. This is an advanced class.
KICKBOXING
Burn fat and build muscle! This program is designed to tone the body and improve cardiovascular fitness using kickboxing training techniques and principles. A combination of intense intervals of cardio-kickboxing and sculpting using your own body weight as resistance.
MOMMY & ME ONE
Your fitness instructor will guide you through a safe and effective full body workout appropriate for pre and post natal moms. Each class includes cardio, functional strength training, and flexibility. Mommy’s-to-be, plus new moms with babies up to 3 months old.
MOMMY & ME TOO
It is time to step it up a little now that you are adjusting to motherhood. This class gives you new moms a great workout incorporating cardio, weight training, and abdominal strengthening. Plus you can bring your newest addition to help you out. Babies 3 months to 18 months old.
MUSCLE MADNESS
Revolutionary weight training workout that strengthens, tones, and defines every muscle in your body. This non-impact class works all the major muscle groups using nothing but weights.
NO LIMITS CIRCUIT
This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
NIA
Known these days as “non-impact aerobics” this class fuses dance movement, the martial art and healing arts into an invigorating cardiovascular fitness program. In essence NIA combines elements of tai-chi, yoga and dance.
PILATES
This class is 60 minutes of flexibility and strengthening the core muscles of the abdominals and back. Pilates conditions the body from head to toe with a no-to low-impact approach.
PRIMARY PILATES
This 45 minute class will teach the principles of pilates and body awareness as well as how to engage and move from your core muscles.
POWER YOGA
This is yoga for the weight trainer yet all levels are welcome. You will be given many options for your current level. You will get your heart rate up and you will definitely get a muscle workout in this class. If you want long, lean, well-defined muscles, and the piece of mind that only yoga can bring, then this is the class for you!
READY, SET, CYCLE
New to the world of cycling? This class is for you. This class offers a slower-paced cycling experience covering the basics of group cycling. Modification will be provided for more experienced riders.
SIMPLY STEP
This is 45 minutes step class with choreography that will be easy to follow but challenge your coordination skills and give you a great workout.
SIMPLY STRENGTH
Want a weight lifting training, but short time? Try this 45 minute weight training class that will work every muscle except abs. This non-impact class using only weights
SPLASH
Give your water workout a new twist, pull or push. This fun aqua exercise will teach you how to use noodles, weights and the resistance of the water to get a powerful aerobic workout. It is so much fun you will forget that it’s exercise
STEP IT UP
This class will put your stepping skills to the test. More advanced choreography will be incorporated into this class for those that are bored with the basics.
STEP IT UP PLUS
Maximum your metabolism with cardio step choreography; combine this with muscle strengthening using balls, tubing and weights for a great workout.
STRETCHED AND BALANCED
Rejuvenate your body with this active stretch class. Improve your flexibility and lengthen tight muscles with a variety of effective exercises. Everyone will benefit from this important class.
TAI-CHI YOGA
Tai-Chi Yoga is a healing and meditative art form derived from blending principles of the two disciplines of Tai Chi and Vinyasa Yoga.
VINYASA YOGA
A flow of postures linked with the breath. This style of yoga provides a physical workout while improving flexibility, strength, balance and mental concentration.
WATER WALKING
This 30 minutes class will give you some variety in how to walk in the water for great exercise plus you will have companions to talk to while getting in a workout.
YOGALATES
A great class that combines the stability and strength exercises with the flow, breath and flexibility of yoga.
ZUMBA
This class fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves while providing interval and resistance training to burn fat and sculpt your body. You’ll have a blast while burning calories.
SILVER SNEAKERS/SENIOR CLASSES
BASIC STEP
This is a beginning level class focusing on basic step aerobics principles. All levels are always welcome.
GENTLE STRETCH
Great class for those looking for a relaxing, gentle stretching while using the stability of a chair that is used in seating and standing stretches.
SILVER SNEAKERS 1 (MSROM)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SILVER SNEAKERS CARDIO CIRCUIT
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with weights and bands paired with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support during this class.
SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA STRETCH
Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
SILVER SPLASH
Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety. Silver Splash offers lots of fun and shallow water movers to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required and a special Silver Sneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
