Regulations
1. Participation: Open to licensed and non-licensed participants. Licences must be valid for 2018. Non-licensed participants are required to present a doctor’s certificate issued within the last 12 months. Participants under the age of 18 must have the express permission of their legal representative.
2. Registration Charge: (No charge for bearers of Festival tickets)
16 km race: €12 / Red way-marks
10 km race: €12 / Yellow way-marks
6 km hike: €12 / Blue way-marks
Race bibs can be picked up between 9 and 10 a.m. on Sunday morning.
3. Start – Finish: At the "Grande Scène"
4. Food-and-Drink Stops: Both the races and the hike have two food-and-drink stops.
5. Environment: Please respect the countryside and use the waste bins provided. Random disposal of litter such as paper, cups, any kind of packaging etc. on or around the trail results in disqualification.
Waste bins will be placed at different points on the trail.
6. Safety: Participants are required to observe the Highway Code. Trails are marked and secured. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the trail in the case of adverse weather conditions or other risks; and are entitled to withdraw a participant from the race on medical advice where he/she displays visible signs of physical weakness.
7. Image Rights: By signing this Registration Form, all participants acknowledge the waiver of their image rights.
8. The Events: Cross-country races and hike through the hills and woods of Monléon. Start: 10 a.m.
9. Finishing Lists: The final placing of the runners will be announced at the end of the races; awards will be presented.
10. Accompanying Persons: These are not permitted.
11. Insurance: The organizers have taken out a public liability insurance.
They renounce all responsibility for any immediate and future physical accidents suffered by participants as a result of entering the event. Non-licensed participants shall be covered by their own public liability and accident insurance. Children in the temporary care of minders shall be covered by their parents’ public liability and accident insurance.
