ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Sagicor Financial Corporation - Directors have fixed April 19th, 2016 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company which will be held on June 8th, 2016.
DIVIDEND DECLARATION
Trinidad Cement Limited - Directors have declared an interim dividend of four (4) TT cents per share to be paid on July 1st, 2016 to Shareholders on record at close of business at a record date to be fixed.
Massy Holdings Limited - Directors have declared an interim dividend of fifty-one (51) TT cents per share to be paid on June 16th, 2016 to Shareholders on record at close of business on June 2nd, 2016.
TRADING SUSPENSION
The Barbados Stock Exchange (BSE) wishes to advise that, as a result of the approved amalgamation of Emera (Caribbean) Incorporated and Emera (Caribbean) (2016) Incorporated, trading in the security - Emera (Caribbean) Incorporated - has been suspended with immediate effect. Please be advised that the trading suspension does not pertain to Emera Caribbean Incorporated 5.5% Preference shares.
