Thank you for your interest in trading at Glas-Denbury. We have a limited number of trader pitches on site and we do have a lot of traders that return to us each year and have worked with us since we began and we love to work with happy, positive people and companies. We look for unusual, well presented stalls which will give our guests a real experience while shopping at the festival. We also take recycling seriously and wish to reduce our footprint on the land so ask that you help our guests to do this by using, as much as possible, recyclable bags etc. We will advertise all confirmed stalls on our website and social network pages and continue to do so as much as possible after the festival.

The pitch fee is £150 for a 3m frontage (with a standard depth of 5m available) and each additional metre frontage required is £50. All the information you need regarding passes and power etc can be found in the form below.

Please fill in the application form and sign to say you have read the terms and conditions (enclosed) andreturn to us either by email to or by post to The Lower House, West street, Denbury, Devon TQ12 6DP. Only if your application is successful we willemail you to confirm this within 2 weeks of receiving it and confirm the pitch fee etc. If you wish to go ahead you will be required to forward a deposit to confirm the pitch. Please know that we do consider every application, but don’t have the time to answer every application so please do not be offended if you do not get a response from us.

Please enclose below or on accompanying paper as full a description as possible of what you sell on your pitch including prices and as much description of the look of the stand as possible.

Pitch size

We offer a 3m frontage (5m depth) as standard for £150. Each additional metre frontage is £50. This area should accommodate your trade stand and any essential onsite vehicles/trailers can be parked behind this area (subject to size) If you wish to stay on site there is an additional small charge of £20 for the pitch, whether that is within your pitch or whether you would prefer to go and stay within the main camping field. (There is limited space behind each pitch for a small tent but for a larger camping area you would need to go into the main camping field) Please enclose a plan and photographs of your pitch where possible.

Number of Essential onsite vehicles within pitch

Please note as per terms and conditions space is limited so any non-essential vehicles must be parked in main festival car park.

Please give details of any essential on site vehicles that would be on your pitch including vehicle size and model;

Electricity requirements

We can provide a 16 amp electricity supply at a cost of £50 for the weekend.

You can bring your own electrical distribution. If you need to hire electric cables there may be a returnable deposit due. The amount depends on the size of cable. The deposit would be refunded on return of the cable.

Mains Water

We will provide dedicated mains water for traders use on site.

Trader Passes

We include 3 trader passes with each pitch. Additional passes will be charged at the applicable ticket price on sale at the time you purchase them.

Certificates/Insurance etc

Can you email us all Insurance Documents and necessary Council Registration documents (where applicable) including public liability certificates? YES / NO

Waste Charge

Glas-Denbury charges a £50 waste deposit. If you wish, we will supply you with your own binson your pitch. If you choose to use these bins the waste deposit will not be returned. If you choose not to use your binsand not to leave waste in any other bin on site ensuring you removeall your waste from site,then your deposit will be returned after the festival. Traders are responsible for keeping both the 5 metre area in front of their stalls as well as at the back of their space, tidy and free of rubbish and must leave their site as they found it. We ask that you please take care of the environment in which you trade as the Glas-Denbury site is a working dairy farm so it is vital not to leave cable ties, litter etc. that could harm the cattle.

Deposit

A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your pitch on acceptance of our offer. The balance together with the waste deposit will be due by 27th May 2017. If it is not received by this date your pitch will be offered to the waiting list.
