Creating an Activity
Login to the account. Click on Activities Tab.
Click on “Create an Activity”. You can either create the acitivity from Scratch or choose an existing one as template.
Give you activity a name, select the duration of the call, A brief description, will you meet the attendee in person or if it will be a phone call.
Select the day and time for the activity
Once you enter you can make the activity to recur or not
You can drag the time box so you can cover several time (you can select 8 time slots from which attendee can select one) and have the attendee choose the time from those slots. Or you may just give a specific time.
You can add a welcome message or ask questions from attendees
The system will give you a link for the activity which you can send to attendees by email
OR you can invite them via Time Trade link
You can add message or edit the text of the button for scheduling a call.
Attendee Side
The receiver will get an email like below
They will choose the day give to them and time.
They enter their info and phone number.
and confirm the appointment.
Once the attende confirms the appointment, you can see it on your scheduler by going to “Appointment Inbox”
To cancel an appointment, highlight it and click on Cancel Appointment.
The system will ask you to eithr send a cancellation email or rescheduling email to the attendee.
Integrating Scheduler to Google or Outlook Calendar
You can connect the scheduler with your Google or Outlook calendar by going to Admin > calendar
Choose the database and click connect
Once you connect, you can change the settings for reminders, e-alerts
So once anyone confirms the appointment, it gets added to your google or Outlook calendar.
