Subject: Re: Wisconsin site search

Dear Deb Clements,
Our plans nationwide are to put one of our MED SITE facilities in each state in 2010,
and it is on a first come first serve basis since each site requires a $360,000,000.00
investment on our part. Wisconsin is in the Eastern Midwest Region with 7 other
states with an office in the Chicago Suburbs with Chris KosartesSr VP.
As we also like to work with local qualified universities and train management plus a
score of other positions such as Labs and Production management, near a university
would be nice. The land requirement would be 4 square miles, 2mi x 2mi or 2560 sq
acres. Roads should be 80,000 lb truck capacity, rail is a plus, usually we would
have 168 trucks a day 24/7 as the MED SITE is a 24/7/365 operation. Over 2,500
jobs for a 25 year period on this site would be construction with a pause during the
winter months. A nearby town would have 2 factories producing containers in high
tech composite. Total employment would be about 10,000 permanent positions per
MED SITE and ancillary facilities. Our world renown architects and engineers will be
able to give the electrical, water and other needs, but we will have all green buildings
and the MED SITEs are destruction proof (flood, tornado, hurricane and earthquake)
and terrorist proof (provided via US military DOD and DOE tests). Also we return to
the state and local community about $120,000,000.00 annually, plus state taxes.
With the US generating 258,000,000 tons of hazardous waste annually, plus 106
nuclear plants needing spent rod protection, each average state needs 6 MED SITEs.
We will provide the funds for the MED SITEs and facilities.
